Leveraging AI to Enhance Care Quality and Workforce Satisfaction

In this AI in Action webinar, Christopher Kelsch of Winters Healthcare shares how his organization has been adopting AI to improve care delivery and workforce experience, including the use of ambient clinical documentation and AI‑enabled diabetic retinopathy screening. He also discusses how AI is being leveraged to support meetings and collaboration across the organization.

A central theme of this session is using AI to reduce burden, improve quality, and support workforce satisfaction and retention. Chris also briefly shares how this broader focus on staff wellbeing has informed other operational experiments, including a pilot four‑day work week.
