Rishi Muchhala serves as Senior Director of Application Engineering & Innovation at Nemours Children’s Health, leading enterprise software engineering and the delivery of modern digital and AI products that advance Nemours’ pediatric mission. He oversees implementation and delivery of a portfolio of web, mobile, and AI solutions that align technology decisions with safety, compliance, and organizational priorities. As co-chair of Nemours’ AI Governance Committee, Rishi collaborates with leaders to evaluate AI products and proposals and shape safe, responsible, and ethical AI practices. In addition, Rishi supports organization-wide AI awareness and upskilling efforts to equip associates with practical skills for safe and effective use of AI.
