Jessica Ortiz

Jessica leads CCI’s innovation communities in California and Colorado, strengthening healthcare safety net innovation. She supports organizations using design thinking, tech solutions, and peer learning to drive change. With 10+ years in patient care and hospital quality improvement, she understands healthcare workforce challenges firsthand. Jessica holds a BS in Health Sciences from Cal State East Bay and an MPH from UC Berkeley.
