Danny Hosein serves as Associate General Counsel at Nemours Children’s Health, where he leads transactional legal work and co-chairs the organization’s Artificial Intelligence Governance Committee. Danny advises on a broad spectrum of contracts, including vendor and supplier agreements for software, services, and equipment, as well as partnership and service agreements involving sponsorships, marketing, staffing, executive searches, fundraising, and consulting. As co-chair of the AI Governance Committee, Danny collaborates with leaders across Nemours to evaluate AI products and proposals and helps shape responsible and ethical AI practices.
