Dr. Brian P. Snook, D.O. is an Associate Chief Medical Officer for San Ysidro Health. As ACMO, Dr. Snook partners with Operations Leadership to support and oversee 7 Clinics throughout Central and Southeast San Diego. He participates in various Advisory Committees related to IT, Risk, PCMH, Provider Recruitment and overall Medical Services. He carries a patient panel as a PCP and sees patients 4 days a week. Dr. Snook received his B.S. in Biology from UC San Diego. He graduated from Western University/COMP for his Medical School training and completed his Residency Program in Family Medicine with Scripps Mercy Hospital in Chula Vista. Dr. Snook joined San Ysidro Health in 2012 Dr. Snook is Dual Board Certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine. He is an advocate for his patients and has worked in marginalized and underserved communities throughout his medical career. Dr. Snook is an avid reader, runner, and gardener.
