Session Description

The rise of generative AI represents a fundamental shift in the industry’s pursuit of a more efficient, scalable, and patient-centric system. Yet healthcare’s relationship with technology has always been unique. Business needs, not technological innovation alone, typically drive advancement. At Define Ventures, our investing thesis centers on compelling technology and commercial potential to scale within healthcare’s complex ecosystem. That’s what led us to connect with our deep and trusted partners at leading payers and providers, conducting extensive research with over 60 C-suite and senior executives to understand how these large organizations are navigating this rapidly evolving landscape. Our goal with this report is to empower payer and provider leaders with valuable takeaways as they build and invest in their AI strategies and provide healthcare AI founders with necessary insights to inform their market readiness and commercial strategies.
