HAIP Practice Network represents organizations that adopt and implement HAIP’s AI best practices. Members of HAIP Practice Network participate in programs and contribute to further developing AI best practices and assessing the impact of best practices on healthcare delivery.
inaugural cohort
We are thrilled to announce the inaugural cohort for the HAIP Practice Network! Practice Network members will get access to one-on-one guidance, expert consultation, peer learning community, educational materials, and other resources. These sites will join our existing HAIP Corps sites in adopting AI implementation best practices, sharing learnings, and contributing to the safe, effective, and equitable use of AI in healthcare.
Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) is Minnesota’s first and oldest community health center. CUHCC provides whole-person care to ~10,000 individuals across ~49,000 visits annually. The center offers comprehensive primary care, pharmacy, behavioral health, dental, and legal/social services. As a Minnesota Department of Health certified Health Care Home and a founding member of the country’s first accountable care organization (ACO) for federally qualified health centers, CUHCC’s mission is to transform care and education to advance health equity.
North Country HealthCare is an FQHC that provides high quality comprehensive medical services to approximately 55,000 unique patients across 11 communities throughout Northern Arizona. Dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients and the communities served, North Country HealthCare offers a variety of ambulatory care services such as family medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, urgent care, and more.
San Ysidro Health (SYHealth) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities it serves with access for all. SYHealth operates over 50 service sites across San Diego County.
The Health Center of Southeast Texas is an FQHC that serves the communities of Livingston, Cleveland, Liberty, Shepherd, Terrenos, Plum Grove, and Dayton. Located in underserved areas, it primarily caters to low-income individuals and the uninsured. The organization includes 18 employed clinicians across 6 clinics, collectively handling an annual outpatient volume of 45,000 visits.
WakeMed is a 3-hospital system with multiple Ambulatory clinics headquartered in Raleigh NC, serving a community of close to 2 million residents in the Research Triangle area.
